Many people assume FMC stands for F^cking Magnificent Chenin and you can't blame them for doing so because it actually is.

Forrester Maynard Chenin (FMC) is a careful selection of up to 10 harvests through the same vineyard – choosing the bunches at their peak, naturally fermented in French oak about 50% new and aged for a year in barrel on the lees.

The pinnacle of what we consider to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal – an icon chenin, a challenge to the world! Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. Will gain additional complexity with cellaring.
